Overview
Shift ("the app") is a chakra energy check-in and tracker for personal wellbeing. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Data We Collect
Shift does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All information you enter — your check-ins, energy states, chakra selections, and progress — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. It never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
Data Storage
All app data is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's on-device storage. If you use iCloud Backup, your app data may be included in your device backup under Apple's standard iCloud terms. We have no access to this data.
Third-Party Services
Shift does not use any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking services.
Notifications
If you enable daily reminders, the app schedules a local notification on your device. No data is sent to any server as part of this feature.
Audio
Binaural beat audio and guided meditation sounds are generated or played locally on your device. No audio data is recorded or transmitted.
Children's Privacy
Shift does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes in a future version of the app, the updated policy will be posted here with a revised date.
